Obituary of Herbert Swetman

Herbert "Herbbie" Eugene Swetman born on February 26th, 1935 in Charleston, Tennessee passed away August 12th, 2018. He is preceded in death by his wife Joyce, Mother Ruth Whaley, Father Sam Swetman, brothers Lewis, Billy, Freddie, and Sammie, and his baby sister Judy Suits. Herb is survived by his children Jane and Kristen, grandchildren Jason (Leigh), Joshua, Jessica (Nathan), and Kaitlin (Dairian), great grandchildren Shaun, Trinity, Gage, Baileigh, Jonathan (J.J.), and Natelee, several nieces, nephews, and a surplus of friends. Herbbie spent 20 years active duty in the US Navy, and 20 years civil service. He was a Shriner for 50 years, completing all degrees November of 1975. Funeral services will be held Thursday August 16th at 3:30pm at the Angel Valley Funeral Home 2545 N Tucson Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85716. Internment service will be held Friday August 17th at 9am at the Marana Veteran's Memorial Cemetery 15950 N Luckett Rd, Marana, AZ 85653. "For the watch stands relieved.
