Rebecca Viglione

Obituary of Rebecca Lynn Viglione

Rebecca “Becky” Lynn Viglione passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 65.

She was born on September 10, 1956 in Los Angeles, California to Naomi Broughton and Donald Miller. Becky spent much of her youth in Southern California. Some of her favorite memories during this time were zipping around in her first car, a blue convertible MGB, and her scuba travels to the Cayman Islands.

She married Gus Viglione on May 30, 1981 in Glendora, California and they were married for 18 years. Becky and Gus had a daughter, Kristina Loryn Viglione, on November 6, 1989. Becky, Gus and Kristina lived in Temecula, California and enjoyed boating together and spending much of their time in San Diego.

Becky was a talented gardener and over the years crafted gardens worthy of Sunset catalogue covers. She enjoyed the ocean, traveling, music, baking and home improvement projects.

Becky owned a small business out of her home in the early 90’s, hand-crafting porcelain dolls, often entering her favorite pieces into regional doll shows and winning awards. She was actively involved with various charities in her spare time, including Project Angel Food in Los Angeles, California.

Becky resided in Tucson, Arizona, since 2007. She most recently worked for JobPath, a local non-profit workforce organization. She was rallied with support from the wonderful team at JobPath, until the time of her passing. She enjoyed her coworkers, visiting with friends in the community and coming home to her beloved dogs, Jack and Molly.

Rebecca is survived by her daughter, Kristina Nachreiner, son-in-law Adam Nachreiner, and granddaughter Florence Nachreiner.
