To Ann and the extended Schroff family. Deepest sadness at your untimely loss. Dave was one of my favorite classmates - funny, stubborn but fair, competitive, unpretentious, and generous. We saw too little of each other after I left Tucson but there was always a surprise encounter when I’d return at a Salpointe event or in a hardware aisle at Lowe’s. Dave would always spot me first and we’d soon be off telling lies about the old days and then swapping stories about all the travel adventures we had had lately. Dave was an inspiration in so many ways. Thanks to the family for sharing some wonderful photos. God bless!
