Jose Maria Rivera Cuestas Tucson, AZ. – Jose R Cuestas died October 30, 2013. Born in Tucson, AZ. April 02, 1941, to Jose and Cruz Cuestas (Rivera). He worked for the City of Tucson in the Parks and Recreation Department all of his adult life and retired on August 28, 1999. Jose R. Cuestas is survived by his wife of 24 years, Cleo Cuestas three daughters: Patricia James, Joann De Tocci, Maria Saenz , his son: Jose F. Cuestas and 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
