Obituary of Judith Henizer

Judith Magner McLoughlin Henizer. She was born Oct 29, 1941, and went home to be with her Lord on May 26, 2014. She is survived by her incredibly loving husband, Bill Henizer; her three children Robert (Joan), Michelle (Irene), Kathy(Robert), Tawnya (Bruce) and 19 grand children, Robert, Ryan, Patrick, Tim, Mckenzie, Logan, Alex, Lauren, Jonathan, Brittney, Kylee, Bryce, Brenna, Aubrie, Trey, Emery, Levi, Madyx, Kezlyn and S; and a great granddaughter, Avaya. She is also survived her brothers Jack Magner(Mickey) and Peter Magner (Beth). She was born and raised in Newton, Mass; attended Boston College and got her bachelor’s degree in education. She has called Tucson home since 1964, and was an active community member, involved in many organizations and causes. Throughout her life, everyone with whom she crossed paths has become a friend who leaves her presence with a hug and a kiss—complete with lingering lipstick on your skin. Simple words cannot begin to express what loving, caring, accepting, unique and inspirational person she was, is and always will be. Whether you knew her as your wife, your mother, your nana, your mother in law, your sister, your teacher, your friend, or your neighbor she made an impact on you. She touched many people’s lives, whether she knew you for a minute or a lifetime. Everyone who knew Judy has a story that brings a smile to their face and joy to their heart. Again and again, people will comment on how she made them feel loved and made them feel important. Judy was passionate about many things, including her grandchildren, her relationship with Jesus and her husband Bill. Again, there are no words that can adequately describe the love shared between this amazing couple. Bill loved Judy, took care of Judy, honored Judy and treated her like a princess to the day she died. They are an example of what true love can be and an example to us all! Because this website does not limit the words that can be shared about our beloved Judy, this obituary can be a living document, that continues to grow and build. It would be impossible to capture all the history, stories, joy and love we have all shared with this amazing individual. Please feel free to add to this tribute. In lieu of flowers, we would like you to know that donations can be made in her memory to Pima Street Baptist Church or to the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona, https://secure3.convio.net/cfbsa/site/Donation2?idb=2071279489&df_id=1360&1360.donation=form1 Each of us will always have a piece of Judy in our heart, share her love with everyone you meet and she will continue to live on for all of us. Rest in peace.
