Obituary of John Lindsay

John Edward Lindsay DOB 12-12-1929 Gary, Indiana DOD 07-28-2014 Tucson, Arizona Survived by spouse, Helen Chrison Lindsay, daughter Denise Lindsay (Carl) Cherry, grandson, John Carl Cherry and sister MaryAnn Lindsay (Eugene) Wilczynski. Preceded in death by parents George Lindsay and Mary Greenbeck Lindsay and brother Russell Lindsay. John was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was the caretaker for his beloved wife of 59 years. John loved going to Las Vegas, being on cruises, fishing and bowling. A Tucson resident since 1955, he retired as a machinist from Hughes Aircraft Company after 30 years. A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (Hellenic Center)
