Obituary of Curtis Shack

Curtis Fontaine Shack was born July 14, 1967 in Chicago Illinois to the union of John W. and Yvonne Shack. He made his transition peacefully on October 26, 2014 surrounded by his family while in the St. Josephs Hospital. He attended and graduated from the Glenwood Military Academy in Glenwood Illinois. He moved to Tucson in 1982 where he attended Canyon Del Oro High School and Northern Arizona University. Curtis had one brother Lee Everette Shack and one uncle Jurdges Winston to precede him in death. Curtis leaves to mourn his mother Yvonne Shack-Metterman (Leslie), father John W. Shack, brothers Titis and Lorenzo Shack, nephews Ryan, Adrion, Jordan, Tayvon and niece Cyniya Shack, uncles Fred, Kevin, Raymond and Darryl Winston, aunts Patricia and Donna Winston, great aunts Corrinne, Rosalie, Sue Ella, Marvaline and Fannie, and a host of cousins and friends
