Obituary of Betty Tweet

Betty J Tweet born August 28, 1931 in Ola, Arkansas and passed on January 25, 2015 in Tucson with her family by her side. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Kelly and her husband Douglas, Kathryn Parkinson and her husband Karl, Son Robert and his wife, Sandra, four grandsons, twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, sister Kay Howell of California and many nieces and nephews. Betty was a beautician for many years. She fixed friends and families hair long after she retired. Betty had many close friends. Both the young and old were drawn to her. She treated them all as family. Betty was a wonderful cook and would prepare meals for family, friends, and neighbors. She was a fierce friend. She was at their side through both good and bad times also sickness and death. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She was involved in Ladies Oriental Shrine and the Ladies Patrol. Memorial Service Monday, February 2, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the ANGEL VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, 2545 N. Tucson Blvd. Tucson, Arizona, Donations in lieu of flowers to American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, or American Cancer Society.
