Obituary of Jason Peebles

Jason Derrick Peebles of Tucson, AZ, passed away at his home on June 21st, 2018. He was 43. Jason was the first-born child of Ramona ("Mona") Robb, and the late Larry L. Peebles. He was born Sept. 22, 1974, in Salinas, CA, where he lived until the summer of 1994. Thereafter, he relocated to Tucson, where he remained throughout his adult life. He is survived by his mother, his two sons, Rhyasin ("Ray") Roebuck and Jason Derrick (JD) Green, both of Tucson, his brother Jarrod, of Lynnwood, WA, two sisters, Charisse Sam (née Peebles) of Kent, WA, and Alexa Robb, of Greenwood, IN, as well as both grandfathers, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins in AZ, CA, and IN. Jason was a great child! He enjoyed school, excelled in all subjects with As and Bs, and was well liked by his teachers and peers. He loved babies, animals and music, and was an awesomely accomplished “Popping Artist,” compliments of an uncle's great teaching, combined with Jason's natural coordinative skill! Per the inspirational enthusiasm of his aunt Juanita, Jason was an avidly loyal 49ers fan for most of his life. He had a high interest in politics and advocated for fairness challenged issues with unparalleled passion! He was very bright, creative, and thoughtful, and SO wryly funny. Jason had a ready smile and a contagious laugh, and he will be very missed by his loving family, friends, and coworkers
