Obituary of Helen Lathwaite

Helen passed peacefully on the morning of November 20, 2018 after five years of battling cancer. She was born October 23, 1954 to Norman and Violet McClements (Clement) In North Branch ,Michigan. She later moved to Riverside, California and then Newton Falls, Ohio. Helen graduated from Newton Falls H.S. in 1972. In 1973 she met and married her husband, of 45 years, Robert J. Laithwaite. Helen and Robert moved to Tucson Arizona in 1991. Helen worked for Coca-Cola for 26 years before retiring. She loved her dogs Wally and Lucy and all the “little things in life”. Helen leaves her husband Robert ,her sister Maryann Lane of Newton Falls, her sister Shurine Burkhard of Stevensville, Michigan. She will be greatly missed by her brother-in-law David Laithwaite, her sister-in-law Donna and her husband Don Leckburg along with 3 nieces , 6 nephews and their families. Helen attended Desert Valley Christian Fellowship. She was an amazing person who was strong in her faith, kind and loving. She will be forever in our hearts.
