Obituary of Carol Hallock

Carol Jean ( Earl ) Hallock of Tucson AZ, formerly of Toledo OH, passed away peacefully at Casa de La Luz Hospice on February 18, 2019. She was 71 years of age. Carol was born at home September 25, 1947 in Genoa, Ohio to Clifford O. and Grace A. ( Lehman ) Earl Sr. She was the third of six children. In Tucson, Carol worked for Hughes Aircraft as a data entry operator and communications technician. Later she worked as a supervisor for an apartment complex. Carol married Michael B. Hallock on May 15, 1976. Together they had one daughter, Amelia Grace Hallock . They were divorced in 1981. She moved with her daughter to Tucson AZ in 1983. Carol is known to family and friends for being a loving mother, young at heart with a witty sense of humor, of having a joyful disposition, and a strong and simple faith in Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Jean Louise ( Lehman ) Earl Sr. and stepbrother, Dennis A. Neff. Carol leaves behind her daughter, Amelia; four brothers, Kenneth E. ( Linda Smith ) Earl, Clifford O. Earl Jr., James E. ( Patricia Clay ) Earl, Ronald R. ( Dianne Heck ) Earl, and a sister Brenda J. Earl. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 3:00 pm In the Chapel of Angel Valley Funeral Home located at 2545 N. Tucson Boulevard Tucson, AZ 85716. The service will be officiated by Pastor Peter Martin.
