Obituary of Jennifer Horner

Jennifer Anne Horner, Jennifer died suddenly on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at the age of 32. She was surrounded by the love of her parents. Jennifer suffered from a rare, genetic lung disease. Jennifer loved people, family and especially babies, including her two year old niece Emma. Her continued generosity shined through, even on the day of her passing when she stopped to purchase school supplies for kids who needed them. She had a great passion for art and fashion, obtaining her art degree from St. Louis University. As a child, Jennifer was a gifted athlete, including swimming, diving, soccer, gymnastics, basketball and softball. She continued her hobby of swimming for as long as her health allowed. The desert and the beach were her passions. She loved photography, snapping portraits whenever possible. She never missed an opportunity to write a letter or card to someone, expressing her appreciation, love and gratitude for them. Jennifer loved family gatherings and vacations. She had the opportunity to live in several states including California, Georgia, Texas, Missouri and Arizona. Her partner in crime was Atlas, a three pound Pomeranian. Jennifer's kind soul and warm heart were far greater than words can ever express. She dreamed of big things in her life, however her illness took her far sooner then she could reach them. Jennifer is survived by her parents, Barry and Pamela Horner, her brother, Barry Jr., several aunts and uncles, cousins and a large extended family. Jennifer will be joining her grandparents, Harry and Catherine Horner and Paul and Janan Harker.
