Obituary of George Kimble

George Edward Kimble 93, was born April 4, 1919 in Oxford, New Jersey; passed away September 17, 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Mae and his daughter, Sue Anne. He is survived by his three children, George (Cynthia) of Saline, MI, Pat (Phillip), and Gary of Tucson, AZ; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Dad lived a very full and successful life beginning when he enlisted in the 1st Infantry Division in 1940 and serving in WWII until his honorable discharge as Captain in the Signal Corps in February of 1946. He moved to Tucson in 1951 where he owned and operated several service stations from 1952-1997. Following the funeral mass on Saturday at 10:00 am in St. Pius X Catholic Church, there will be a lunch at Pat's house to continue the celebration of his life.
