Obituary of Scott Ryan

Scott Martin Ryan passed away from this life the morning of January 23rd. Scott was born in Chicago, Illinois and was a current resident of Marana, Arizona. Scott is survived by his wife, Robin A. Abrams-Ryan, son Scott M. Ryan, Jr., daughters Second Lieutenant Kathrin Ryan, USAF and Jennifer Ryan, step-daughter Crystal (Josh) McPheron, step-sons Charles and Christian Abrams, his parents Robert and Audrey Ryan, his brother Robert Ryan and two grandchildren. Scott was an Eagle Boy Scout, a fancy dancer, former member of the Lombard Fire Department and Mt. Morris Police Department. He was the Staff Training Specialist and Senior Firearms Instructor for the Marana Correctional Facilities Department. In his spare time he worked security at Old Tucson, and was a pending committee member of the Tucson Rodeo Committee. A celebration of life memorial will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Stage 2 at Old Tucson. He will be missed by family and friends.
