Obituary of Eleanor Mary Kozak

Eleanor M. Kozak passed away peacefully at the age of 85 on April 15, 2023 at home, surrounded by her loved ones.
Eleanor was born in New Jersey and enjoyed her life in Arizona for over 44 years. She loved Tucson for its bright, clear blue skies during the day and beautiful colorful sunsets each night.
Eleanor was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
She will remembered for her gentle nature by all those she met. She will be deeply missed by all those who loved her.
She is survived by her children Kay Kozak (Fred Brinckerhoff), Kim Sherman (Scott), Kenny Kozak (Jackie), Karen Burchwell (Craig) and Kevin Kozak; her five granddaughters Christina, Alyssa, Samantha, Sidney and Nicole; her three great grandchildren Chloe, Timothy and Matthew; and her sister, Colleen. Eleanor was preceded in death by her both of her parents, her husband (Theodore) and one of her sons (Keith). In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Heart Association.
